We’re partners in life, parents, and the founders of Primal Breath & Coaching. Like many families, we didn’t arrive here because everything was easy, we arrived here because we saw firsthand how stress, survival, and unspoken patterns shape the way we show up in our relationships and in our home.
Through our own journey, we learned that most generational patterns aren’t mindset issues, they’re nervous system patterns. When the body doesn’t feel safe, we react, shut down, overwork, or disconnect… and those states get passed on, even with the best intentions.
That understanding is what led us to create the Primal Cycle, a nervous system led approach to change that meets people where they are and prioritises safety before transformation.
Today, we guide individuals, couples, and parents to regulate their nervous system, come out of survival, and lead their families from love, not fear. Our work is grounded, embodied, and practical, focused on real change that can be felt at home, not just understood in theory.
We believe conscious families are created when one person chooses to lead differently. And we’re here to help make that choice possible.

The Primal Cycle is a nervous system led framework for real, sustainable change.
Rather than forcing growth through mindset or willpower, it works with the natural rhythms of the nervous system. It recognises that pushing for transformation before the body feels safe is what keeps people stuck in survival.
The Cycle moves through phases of regulation, capacity building, priming, and, when the nervous system is ready, release and deeper change. There’s no hierarchy and no rush. Each phase serves a purpose.
By meeting the body where it is and restoring safety first, behaviour, relationships, and leadership begin to shift naturally. This is how generational patterns change.

Through guided breathwork and intentional facilitation, participant experience profound emotional release, clarity, and reconnection, often feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned in how they show up in their life and relationships.
